Coagulopathic patients who have blood clotting disorders, and hypothermia and who are on blood thinners like heparin/warfari.

Blot away any excess blood, water, or dirt from the wound.
Open the sealed bottle.
Pour enough powder to cover the entire bleeding area.
Quickly cover with gauze or bandage and apply firm pressure for 2-3 mins.
If bleeding continues, apply pressure for 5 more minutes.
If further powder is required use an additional bottle.
Seek immediate medical attention.
Once bleeding is stopped the powder can be washed from the wound with sterile water or saline.
